Troubleshooting

Having problems completing the assessment?  Follow these easy steps in order.

  1. You must be using the latest version of Internet Explorer or a compatible browser. If you have not updated your software, you may need to do so.

  2. Be sure to enter the Account Name and Password exactly as you received them.  The entries are case sensitive (that is, you must not change upper case letters to lower case or vice versa). Also be sure you have not put a space at the end of either entry.

  3. If all else fails, please send an email to this address with your account name and password along with a description of the problem and any error messages you may have received. You will receive instructions within 24 hours for completing the assessment.
